spacious room breakfast options attentive staff
The hotel room was very spacious and included a large bathroom. The breakfast options offered many choices and the service was fast! The hotel's location made visiting various spots easy. I found the staff to be very attentive.

amazing experience!
convenient location stocked minibar attentive staff immaculate cleanliness
i found the location convenient it's so close to key attractions the rooms had great amenities including a well-stocked minibar the staff were always attentive and very helpful i also loved the on-site bar with its great selection of drinks. the cleanliness throughout was immaculate i will be back next year.
i did notice the elevator music was a bit repetitive it was a very small detail though.

the service was great everyone on the staff demonstrated great attentiveness and they handled requests promptly i felt valued as a guest there was always someone available to assist with any need i had.

breakfast included a huge selection of options the quality of ingredients was excellent and everything tasted fresh i really enjoyed sampling local dishes the restaurants offer diverse menus and there is something for everyone there.

my room included two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower it was convenient for getting ready the provided toiletries were high-quality and generously sized i always had plenty the room was well-kept and thoroughly cleaned daily.

the hotel is within easy walking distance of several attractions nearby i found many shops and local eateries a block away i walked to a main train station within ten minutes public transportation access is very close to the hotel.

excellent stay in a superb location
convenient location attentive staff professional staff excellent beds
I appreciated the convenient location near the historic center. the hotel features three restaurants. i especially liked the attentive and professional staff. the beds and pillows were excellent!
the wifi was not working properly . also, the thermostat in my room seemed stuck. i reported the issue multiple times, but it was never fixed.

broken thermostat excessive noise
The room was spacious enough. Which was a relief.
The thermostat was stuck. I couldn't adjust the temperature. I asked for help multiple times. They eventually told me it didn't work. My room key needed reprogramming every time I left the room. It became quite annoying. The location near the elevator meant excessive noise at all hours.
