i found the location convenient it's so close to key attractions the rooms had great amenities including a well-stocked minibar the staff were always attentive and very helpful i also loved the on-site bar with its great selection of drinks. the cleanliness throughout was immaculate i will be back next year.

I appreciated the convenient location near the historic center. the hotel features three restaurants. i especially liked the attentive and professional staff. the beds and pillows were excellent!
the wifi was not working properly . also, the thermostat in my room seemed stuck. i reported the issue multiple times, but it was never fixed.

The room was spacious enough. Which was a relief.
The thermostat was stuck. I couldn't adjust the temperature. I asked for help multiple times. They eventually told me it didn't work. My room key needed reprogramming every time I left the room. It became quite annoying.
